We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IAM Business Development Executive with 4+ years of experience in KSA to drive growth in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain. The ideal candidate must have prior experience selling Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand the IAM portfolio.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and key decision-makers in various industries.
  • Promote and sell IGA, PAM, MFA, and SSO solutions to enterprises, government entities, and financial institutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales engagement.
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design and present tailored IAM solutions to customers.
  • Stay updated on IAM trends, competitor activities, and cybersecurity advancements to enhance sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to management and clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build brand presence.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of business development or sales experience in KSA with a focus on IAM solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling IGA, PAM, MFA, and SSO solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and competitive market.
