Role: Project Coordinator – IAM

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, with a strong grasp of documentation standards and project lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing IAM-related projects.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, business requirement documents (BRDs), project plans, and presentations.
  • Track project deliverables, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Organize and participate in project meetings; document minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Support the project manager in resource allocation, reporting, and risk management.
  • Maintain project trackers and dashboards for status reporting and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, processes, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with project documentation and planning tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of IAM concepts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
