Governance

• Design and implement GRC frameworks aligned with industry standards
• Report to Board and executive management on GRC matters

Risk Management

• Oversee enterprise risk management program
• Lead risk assessments and control evaluations
• Design and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Manage fraud risk monitoring and controls
• Oversee vendor risk management program

Compliance

• - Oversee regulatory change management
• - Design and implement compliance testing programs

Program Management

• Experience in GRC technology platforms
• Lead training and awareness programs

Requirements:

• 8+ years GRC experience in GRC
• Deep knowledge of local regulations and frameworks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Professional certifications (CAMS, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent).
