Designation: Senior Business Development Manager

Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager – IAM Solutions to lead strategic sales initiatives across Abu Dhabi and KSA. The successful candidate must possess hands-on experience in IAM sales and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the local markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the business development and sales cycle for IAM solutions across target regions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing IAM offerings.
- Cultivate relationships with C-level decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
- Drive demand generation through direct outreach, partnerships, and industry events.
- Work closely with technical teams to align client requirements with solution capabilities.
- Provide input into product and service development based on client feedback and market trends.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on IAM solutions.
- Proven success selling into large enterprise and or government clients in Abu Dhabi and or KSA.
- Strong knowledge of the IAM landscape, including vendors, technologies, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field.
