Cybersecurity Nxxt | Coimbatore (On-site) based in Coimbatore, dedicated to building secure and resilient digital ecosystems. We are expanding our India operations and are looking for an experienced Lead - HR Operations to lead and strengthen our people operations, compliance, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR Operations across payroll, statutory compliance, and HR administration.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, etc.).
- Manage and administer HRMS systems configuration, data accuracy, reporting, and process automation.
- Oversee Payroll and Taxation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to all regulatory standards.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and insights for management and audits.
- Support complete Employee Lifecycle processes Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Engagement, and Exits.
- Manage audits, inspections, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR operations, compliance, and people management issues.
- Drive process efficiency, data integrity, and policy compliance across HR functions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of HR experience with strong expertise in Operations, Payroll, and Compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
- Experience with HR System Administration / Configuration (KEKA HR, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of Payroll Processing, Taxation, and HR Reporting.
- Exposure to Talent Acquisition and Employee Lifecycle Management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills articulate, confident, and professional.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
