SailPoint Consultant Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Consultant with operational expertise to support, maintain, and enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. The role involves resolving L2 issues, implementing minor enhancements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle L2 support tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint IdentityIQ issues.
- Develop, modify, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors.
- Monitor IAM platform performance and perform routine health checks.
- Collaborate with L3 teams for escalations and complex problem resolution.
- Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3 plus years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations.
- Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
- Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.
