Role Overview:
 
We are seeking an experienced GRC Archer Consultant with 6–8 years of hands-on expertise in Archer platform implementation and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives by designing, configuring, and integrating Archer to other products and aligned to business requirements.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead the end-to-end customization, and administration of Archer solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Archer solutions.
  • Develop use cases, workflows, reports, and dashboards within Archer.
  • Integrate Archer (API) with other systems as per business needs.
  • Ensure Archer configured solutions align with GRC policies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support, upgrades, and enhancements to Archer applications.
  • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for business users and internal teams.
 
Required Skills & Competencies:
 
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in Archer development, administration and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of GRC concepts, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in configuring Archer modules such as Risk Management, Incident Management, Compliance, and Policy Management.
  • Experience in data integration, APIs, and reporting within Archer.
  • Solid problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle client-facing responsibilities.
