💼 What You Will Lead
- Own and manage the entire TA function across regions.
- Lead a high-performing TA team and elevate their capability through coaching & best practices.
- Drive hiring for IT & Cybersecurity roles—core to our business and growth.
- Build a strong quality-first pipeline with competency-based screening and targeted sourcing.
- Use market compensation data to shape BU expectations upfront, removing friction, reducing negotiation loops, and driving quicker, smarter hiring outcomes.
- Deliver predictable, fast hiring by reducing TAT through smart planning and process control.
- Improve CV quality and maintain high conversion ratios at every stage.
- Build real-time dashboards, MIS, reports, and hiring analytics that tell a story—not dump data.
- Enforce 100% ATS adoption and drive automation to scale TA efficiency.
- Manage, evaluate, and optimize TA vendor performance.
- Own the TA & Manpower Budget—plan, track, and report variances with accuracy.
- Partner with CHRO and BU Leaders to run monthly hiring reviews with solid insights.
🎯 What You Bring
- 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with team leadership exposure.
- Strong and proven experience in IT & Cybersecurity hiring (mandatory).
- A clear record of quality-driven hiring—not just filling numbers.
- Hands-on expertise in salary benchmarking and mapping.
- A mindset of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent Excel & dashboarding skills (pivots, formulas, visual reporting).
- Strong ATS experience and ability to enforce process discipline.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication.
- Vendor management skills, including performance review & negotiation.
