We are seeking a young, energetic Techno-Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant with hands-on exposure across all F&O modules and strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and integrations across the D365 ecosystem. The role requires a balanced mix of functional expertise, technical customization skills, reporting, and Power BI analytics, acting as a key link between business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) across all core modules, including but not limited to: Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting)
  • Project Management & Accounting
  • Sales & Marketing - CRM
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end process flows and integration between all F&O modules
  • Hands-on experience with integration of D365 F&O with other D365 applications such as Dynamics CRM / CE, Power Platform, and third-party systems
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical design documents
  • Support UAT, training, data validation, and post-go-live operations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Finance and Business stakeholders

Technical Responsibilities
Perform D365 F&O customizations using:
  • Extensions, forms, workflows, and security roles
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain reports
  • Support integrations, data entities, and data management framework (DMF)
  • Assist with data migration, reconciliation, and system performance support

Reporting & Analytics
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports integrated with D365 F&O
  • Strong understanding of D365 F&O data model, entities, and tables
  • Create actionable MIS, KPIs, and management reports across Finance and Operations

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Hands-on exposure to all major F&O modules with strong understanding of cross-module integrations
  • Experience integrating D365 F&O with other D365 applications and external systems
  • Strong experience in customization, reporting, and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in IT services, consulting, or project-based organizations
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s)
