Communication Designer (Internal Communications)
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Communication Designer (Internal Communications) to support internal communications, employee engagement, and L&D initiatives. The role requires a strong balance of visual design, video creation, and communication thinking to deliver engaging, consistent, and timely content across internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual & Graphic Design
  • Design high-quality creatives for internal communication initiatives including posters, banners, email creatives, presentations, and infographics.
  • Create and manage reusable templates for weekly, monthly, and campaign-based communications.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
 Video & Motion Content
  • Create short-form videos for internal promotions, engagement campaigns, reminders, and session highlights.
  • Develop simple motion graphics, GIFs, countdown videos, and waiting-screen visuals for events and sessions.
  • Edit and optimize videos for internal platforms using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools (Canva Video, CapCut, etc.).
 Internal Communication Support
  • Translate communication briefs into clear, engaging visual content.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, L&D, and Employee Engagement teams to understand requirements and timelines.
  • Support regular communication cycles such as weekly calendars, bulletins/newsletters, event communications, and leadership updates.
Content & Layout Management
  • Design layouts for newsletters, bulletins, and long-format internal documents with a strong focus on readability and flow.
  • Support infomercial-style communication formats that prioritize clarity over excessive reporting.
 Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Working knowledge of Figma and/or Canva for fast-paced internal communication needs.
  • Hands-on experience in video editing and basic motion design.
  • Strong presentation design skills.
Core Competencies
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and communication hierarchy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight timelines.
