Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Proposal Writer with strong experience in cybersecurity to develop high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation. The role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage end-to-end responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in the cybersecurity domain
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to gather inputs and solution details
- Develop technical proposals, solution documents, case studies, and capability decks
- Customize proposals based on client requirements and industry-specific needs
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, formatting, and submission guidelines
- Maintain and update proposal repositories, templates, and reusable content
- Clearly articulate value propositions, differentiators, and ROI in proposals
- Review and refine documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–10 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in cybersecurity or IT services
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains and solutions such as:
- Network Security (Firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPN)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Security Operations (SOC, SIEM, SOAR)
- Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP security solutions)
- Endpoint Security (EDR, XDR)
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Data Security & DLP
- Experience working with cybersecurity products like Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft Security, Splunk, SentinelOne, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
- Experience in handling global proposals (Middle East, India, APAC) is a plus
