We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be at the front line of our growth efforts. You’ll play a key role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and building the early relationships that drive our sales pipeline.
This is an ideal role for someone who is proactive, curious about cybersecurity, and excited by the challenge of opening doors and creating opportunities in a fast-paced, high-growth industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and prospect new accounts in target markets through multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, events).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with our cybersecurity offerings.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their current cybersecurity challenges and business needs.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives or Solution Consultants.
  • Work closely with marketing to follow up on campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline progress in CRM (e.g., MS D365)
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings set).
  • Constantly learn & update yourself with new services offered by Paramount
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging cybersecurity threats.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and communicate the value of our solutions clearly.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
  • Relevant years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation (preferably B2B tech or cybersecurity).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident, clear, and engaging on phone and email.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.
  • High motivation and resilience – comfortable handling rejection and driving consistent outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (MS D365, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Team player with strong time management and organization skills.
Preferred:
  • Background or interest in cybersecurity, IT services, or SaaS.
  • Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape (e.g., data protection, endpoint security, threat detection).
  • Experience working with marketing-generated leads and coordinating campaigns.
